a Summer and Winter Solstice half marathon. . . with a twist

WHAT IS THE 21x21x21 CHALLENGE

The idea is simple.

 

Run 21 kilometres

On the 21st June and/or December

At 21:00 in your local time

 

That’s it.

 

You can do it anywhere in the world.

You can run outdoors or on a treadmill.

You can do it solo or with others.

 

There are two official moments each year:

 

Summer edition - June

Winter edition - December

 

Same challenge. Completely different experience.

WHO'S IT FOR?

This is for anyone who wants a challenge that’s achievable but still meaningful.

 

If you can run 5 to 10km, you can build to this.

If you’ve never done a half marathon, this is a great place to start.

If you’ve done loads, it’s a different kind of test.

 

It’s not about elite performance.

It’s about showing up and getting it done.

Finish knowing you’ve done it

 

That’s all there is to it.
